Thanks,
The problem was the water table rose because of all the snow melting and then all the rain in the area.(Southern New Jersey)A sump pit was dug through the floor with a pump installed, the pit has now been completely dry for a few weeks. I was told this would prevent any more flooding.
I have seen a couple different sites say that mold can't grow on fiberglass insulation. Is this true or can it spread through the insulation in the wall? And should I paint the exposed studs with something like (KILZ) before covering it with a baseboard trim?
