The chain on one of my garage doors hangs a little bit . It deosn't sit on the rail. I loosened both the nuts on either side of the bolt at the end of chain , pulled the chain and then retightened both the nuts again to make the bolt hold the chain stronger. I was able to tighten the nuts only a little bit. After tightening found the chain to be in place the first few times and after that it continues to hang below the rail. Dodgerman , thanks for your feedback earlier. Any input as to what's happening that's preventing the chain to be held on the rail.
