Greetings Nick,

Or it could be a very expensive problem.

If the house is just what you want, spend a few hundred dollars to find out, by a pro, what is going on there.

You may want to see if the seller is willing to pay for all or some of this to sell the home.

I would not buy it without one!

Note* A home inspector is not the same as a structural engineer.
