Cool water and shampoo

Do not use hot water as it will set the paint color into the fabric. Try cool water and shampoo. There is something about the chemical makeup of shampoo that works pretty well on Latex Paint.
Another thing you can use is something called Goo-Be-Gone, which you can buy at most grocery stores in the cleaner area (so if you have a 24-hour-store, you can run out and get!).
