HVAC Ducts

How much should I expect to pay to have ducts run in a new addition to my house and connected to my existing HVAC system. The addition is an 800 sq. ft. great room. We also added a 350 sq. ft. closet in the 2nd floor/attic area. Would it be advisable to run ducts into this area. This is going to be a closet for my master bedroom.
The HVAC system is sized to accommodate this new space.
