I have read several similar postings from others,
however I have not found any responses to their
questions.
Regarding carpet removal from concrete, I have
successfully removed the carpet (no backing as
this is in the garage). The remnants are the black
glue still stuck to the concrete. I have scraped
the major loose portions off, but still quite a
chore remains. Can anyone suggest a way to
dissolve the old glue to return the concrete as
close as possible to original condition? Others
have mentioned acetone and paint thinner.
