Rotting Windows Caradco's new Jeld Wen line of windows.

Home Depot is now carrying a new line of wooden windows manufactured by Caradco under the Jeld Wen name.

These new windows have less on them to rot than the Caradco wood windows that started showing signs of rot after 3 years, but they are still far from what I would call a quality design. I wouldn't care so much if the sashes had rotted away, but I have to replace the sills and brickmold of almost all of the windows in my house.

Good luck dealing with Caradco.
