you mean a wall inside the house or outside and why were you mudding it..? maybe you have bad batch of mud or the wall has too much moisture...never seen where mud peels off the drywall wall if applied well. is the wall you are mudding bare drywall or painted with an oil base paint? if the latter that could be your problem. post back and maybe we can help.
