Rust on vinyl siding

The south side of my garage is covered with rust from my neighbor’s shallow well he uses for his irrigation system. I have tried many different products to no avail to remove this rust. Rust Out, CRL, Super Clean, vinegar & water etc. What can you suggest that may take care of this eye sore?
Any information will be greatly appreciated.
P.S. The sprinkler heads have been readjusted.
