Greetings Herb,

There is not much that you can do that I know of!

In my area, the town water has alot of iron in it and the homes are only three years old. All my neighbors that let the sprinklers hit the house have large rust stains on them. I have never let the water hit my house and therefore have no stains.

The recomended cleaner for vinyl siding is TSP or (tri Sodium phosphate). You can also use bleach and water, (1 part bleach to 2 parts water), make sure you rinse good.

I can still see the stains on my neighbors homes and the marks from where they scrubed it.

As you can see, it's a bad situation. Depending on the age of the siding you may want to have that wall replaced.

Good luck,
Jason
