Just tried a product from a national chain hardware store called heavy duty tile grout cleaner. It mixes with water and is very efficient. Only stain it hasn't been as effective with is grease. Children got the grease stain on the grout before I could seal it. Don't know if they like for us to put store or product names on here, so email me and I'll let you know.
