Dear Bruce, Thanks for the info. I think we're going to go ahead with the purchase of the house. The pros are outweighing the cons at this point. I hope we can reach you again for more advice, I'm sure we'll need it. Oh yeah, we're about 1 hour from Keasler, proudly serving the US Army at Camp Shelby! Thanks again, Jennifer
