We have a garage floor (concrete), 5 years old that has effloresence. We recently removed everything from the garage and had it acid washed twice, a possible solution suggested by a concrete contractor. This effort was a failure. Nothing but more white powder. Is there anyway to stop this dffloresence? I suspect sealing it will be a failure too!
