I am buying a townhome that has the poly butly piping in it. I have been in my house for almost 3 years and has had 3 different pipes burst on 3 different occasions. I am a single mother and cannot afford the cost of the repairs of the pipes, not to mention the costs for the damage and reconstruction from the water leaks. Hopefully you can help in providing me with info or steer me in the right direction. I was told that there is a lawsuit. If you can provide me with info. pertaining to that I would be greatly appreciative. Thank you.
