Hi,
I have a problem where Bulkhead door level is about 8 inch lower then yard and about 2 feet + lower then street level. I thought of having someone regrade the back yard such that yard is greaded away from the foundation but it will create bigger problem since street level is actually much higher. I was thinking of having someone raise the bulkhead door about 3 feet but can't seem to find anyone who can help with it. Any suggestion ?
