need advice re: rebuilding 1960's home

Purchased Spanish style house, 1960 era, want to change
and upgrade to contemporary architecture, both inside
and out. House is presently being rented and can be seen at site: http://longboatkey.com/homes/Clarence.htm
Property is on canal, with great view of Sarasota FL in
a good area. Our budget is around $100-150K. Can you
recommend an architect in the area for this challenging
project? Thanks.
