Count me in. I am having the same problem. My home is about 80 years old. I removed sub-floor, then removed old linoleum, under this was 2 layers of old tar paper. The first layer came up ok but the second is like melted into the wood floor. I would very much like to refinish the wood floors. Any help would be so appreciated.
