White(neutral) and
(Yeah..White can be used if its re-marked?)

Green/Yellow (ground)............

......a 110 circuit attachs to a single circuit breaker.....

or.......in a multi-wire circuit the 3-wire cable could connect to a double pole circuit breaker.......Looks just like a 220 hook-up.......
