My house is 4 years old. The foundation is 8 inches concrete.On the inside there is a felt paper on the foundation then a 2x4 wall with a 1 inch air space between the wall and foundation. Then there is 4 inch insulation, plastic sheet, then the gyproc.My basement is so humid that the gyproc is building mildew on the bottom and lower corners.What is my solution.
