We purchase our home 2 years ago from my husband's mother. While she owned the home the basement had flooded, and continued to leak throughout the years. We decided to completely gut the basement this past spring, noticing that there was a lot of mold under the walls. Just this past weekend we noticed that everything that we have stored down there is covered in mold. We are in the process of throwing everything out and we were wondering if you could tell us where to start to rid ourselves of this problem & will it make it's way upstairs in our home?
