I have a similar problem, the water heater pilot keeps going out. The water heater will work for a few days and then it goes out. It started after I accidently turned off the gas to the water heater. I have replaced the thermocouple thinking that it must be bad, but it is still doing this. The water heater is in the attic and I don't think there are any drafts to blow the pilot out since it worked before. Any one have any answers? Thanks in advance.
