Please help. I can't get the screws from my old toilet seat off. The toilet seat is off as it broke in two, but I can't get the screws with the nuts off. The screws are rusted and the nuts ( I think that's what you call them), are plastic and won't budge. I've tried WD 40 and a wrench and pliers.
