I have a question. I'm not sure whether you can help me out or not, but I thought if anyone could, you probably could. My mom has a house she's lived in over thirty-five years. My mom is in her seventies and doesn't do much to the house anymore. It really needs some work. There was an addition added on to the house some years ago, and it was done very poorly. I would love to help her get some work done to the house, but I really don't know where to start. My question is, how do you know where to start when there is so much work that needs to be done?
