I found two websites for companies that make and sell these Instant stained glass window films.
silverrose.com and instantstainedglass.com.
If you are trying to find the ebay seller window-art, do a search for " instant stained glass" then she will come up and you can click on "see all items being sold by this seller". She does have a big variety.
