You can start by getting a free consultation by a lisenced professional contractor. Have him/her explain the best thing to do to get the house back in tip top shape. Pick up the phone book and dial. The other thing would be to write down in seperate categories what needs tom be done...Electrical, carpentry, siding, roofing, paint, ect. ect... Hope thats helps a little
