My nephew's home has a Michigan basement. Large rock walls with a concrete floor in the main part and dirt floor in a more shallow area. He runs a dehumidifier 24-7, but the smell is always there. He wants to sell his home but this odor is a big problem. What can he do without pouring concrete in the shallow area?
