Assuming that the hotwire is fed to the existing switchbox.....pigtail 2 short pieces (about 6") of black wire onto the existing hot (black) with a wirenut. These pieces will get connected to each switch (one to each) Pigtail all the whites (neutrals) together. The remaining blacks (which will feed the lights) get connected to the switches (one to each)
