I see alot posted about this. Does anyone have a solution to the problem? I want to pull up the carpeting on my balcony. But I don't want to live with that glue and black rubber backing stuck to the concrete floor if there is no way to clean this mess off. The only solution I've heard so far, is to tear up the old indoor/outdoor carpet and replace it with new carpet. I really don't want to do that. Please, if you have any suggestions I would like to hear them.
