Repair fallen basement wall and footing

I want to repair my basment wall and also fix the crack footing. Rain has pushed my basement wall down and my home is about to fall into the basement, the footing is being held up by one large rock , which has cracked in two places , we have cashed in all out savings to repair this but we do not have enought its going to cost 35,000.00 to fix , I think I can do the work my self at least some of it so we can turn our heat back on before winter , One I need shore the house up, makeing sure it will not fall on us as we going to remove the dirt and cinderblock. Two what should I use to brace/support thr house and how ? Three how can make it safe enought to work under in accordance with osha. I know this may not be complete but I'm looking to start very soon , if you can help I really thank you for the infomation . Keep up the good work on TV Bob !
