Hi, Barbara. We have used both vinegar and water and DIF with good results. There have also been good reports about Dissolve. Can't help with the Waliwik. A Paper Tiger tool is a big help. Watch out for vinyl covered papers. They actually are easier to do as long as you know that they are vinyl. Jay J likes a sprayer for the solution. I use a big sponge. That's about all the general instructions that I can think of.
