We purchased a Lennox complete heat system 2/2002 with the radiant heat system. The installer was there continually trying to get it to run correctly. Very cold in house and seemed like it was running constantly especially since out heat bills were extremely high and we bought this system to lower heat bills. In February 2003 during a cold spell our heat went out completely. There was a hole in the heat exchanger. We could not get a new heat exchanger for 5 days and we were running electrcial heaters through the house so thinks would not freeze. When the exchanger was installed we tryed to get the system to work properly but was not keeping house warm so we just changed the system from the radiant to forced air. Not very efficient and heat bills were still very high. Now August of 2003 there was a loud grinding noise from our system and we lost all hot water. Per the service man the motor burnt out. He replaced the motor and still could not get the system to work and is currently at our house trying to figure out the problem. We spend alot of money for a system that we were told would reduce out heat bills and be energy efficient and we feel we just through our money out.
