Proceed with caution anytime a company asks you to fork out a large sum of money in exchange for a one sided contract, useless video tape of your product and a lack of testimonials.
If you still are not convinced, anyone interested in copies of court documented complaints and hearings against them or United Telemedia should contact me and perhaps that will convince you!
An additional warning. Former employees of SAN have formed their own companies and are soliciting for business. I wouln't procced with caution with any solicitations from the state of Florida!
