Since both remotes are not working and you are sure the batteries are ok then I would suspect the receiver is at fault. You may also be having an interference problem cauing this to happen. Get near the receiver with the remotes and see if they will work close up. If they work close up but not as far as you need them then the receiver sensetivity is weak or you have an interfence problem. You can get some new units here if you need to:
