I just bought a condo -- it was completely rehabbed two years ago (the building was built in 1928). When I turn on the air conditioning, one vent has a very strong urine odor. It goes away immediately when I turn it off.
Do I need the ducts cleaned? Is there something I can do myself? What could the problem be?
