I don't know of any way to send "blueprints" by email except by attachment. And I don't know of any place to get "blueprints" for such. What you need is some instructions for making one. BTW blueprints are no longer used; that technology is at least 40 years out of date.
Try a websearch for such plans.
I made a queen size bed for one daughter a while back. She had a full size French antique bed and I made rounded corners to expand it to queen size. To support the box springs and mattress, we used a standard metal bed frame, so the queen size bed rested on the floor around the bedframe; they were not fastened together.
