Original vs Vinyl

Just an opinion: Go with refurbishing original windows, you'll be glad you did...the previous owner of my property replaced two windows of the three in my barn with vinyls; the third was in sad disrepair and I restored it with epoxy compounds, replaced wood trim & sash cord, and framed it, and now may try to re-do the other two. I love my new window! Maintaining the original look is important to me. Was this post helpful? Yes: or No:
