No I do not have a sump pump. I live in a condo with only 3 units. Townhouse style and the other 2 units have sump pumps. I was going to get one but at $3000 forget it. Im flipping this property soon anyway.
Outside its 75-85, basement used to be 70 now with dehumidifier its 80 with 55RH.
