The caulk under the window is gone, and I am pretty sure there is moisture buildup there. Also, at the back of the tub, is a 'lip' and the curved sections have come off and were put back on by tenants. I'm sure water got under that as well.
So-I just want to get about 6 tiles off from under the window to see what's going on back there, and I think the whole 'lip' should be removed.
Do I use a chisel to pry these up? Can they be 'cleaned' and refitted? How would I do that?
Also, how do you get rid hard water stains around the tub where caulking is?
