I need to put fans in my rental. (Mine were done by a handyman, so I have no clue) The tenant asked me to get brackets that go through the hole into the attic, so it won't fall.
Her husband insists he has to go into the attic to find wood for the brackets. Wife says no.
How can we get this done? One room has light fixture, other does not...???
