Hi, Sherry. The first thing to try is to contact the manufacturer of the fiberglass. Hopefully, they will have some suggestions. Do not try a paint stripper as they will attack the fiberglass along with the paint. You might try denatured alcohol but I'm not sure how much luck you will have.
If worse comes to worse, you can try to very gently scrape the paint off with a hobby or utility knife. An Exacto knife with #11 blade makes a good choice but be careful both with the fiberglass and various parts of you. After you have removed the paint, you can polish the fiberglass. Home centers and plastics stores will have various products for restoring the shine.
