I bought a brand new house, and on the upstairs of the house in the master BR and bath, I get up in the morning and I have condensation on the outside of my windows. Only in those 2 rooms. It is fairly warm outside and cool inside. The builder says that is good. 2 questions..Is it really good? and if it is so good, why are the other 30 windows not doing it. Let me know.
