(Sometimes called linolium) The instructions are contained in a kit available from any home improvement store. The kit is made by Armstrong, and works very well. It costs about $20. I have used it myself.
The beautiful thing is that if you also use Armstrong material, they guarantee the results. If you make a mistake, they will replace the inlaid for nothing.
