Thanks, I've done all that and it still does not work. Since I've capped off the red wire in the ceiling and it is connected to the wall switch, would that make a difference? The wall switch has 2 black wires and a red one on the pole and the 2 white ones are capped off. That switch only controls the ceiling fixture and nothing else.
