gas man put in a new line for me today, and we found a vertical crack in the basement wall of my 30 year old home. It must have happened in the last few months cause it wasn't there when I put in a new furnace last october. Any ideas on what this is going to cost me and can I cobble job it to protect from rain until the basement foundation guy gets here???
