Greetings! Would you please let me know if one should service a furnace once-a-year? Aslo, why is
that occasionally, the furnace would kick in but only cold air would come out? Is the routine service something one can/should do himself?
This furnace is about 5 years old.
I have been clean the filters as frequently as I can.
