A crack in a poured wall is generally a normal event in most buildings. Rarely have I seen houses without them. The extent of the crack or the number would be the only reason for concern. If you had a lot of them, it might imply substandard wall thickness, or improper footer dimensions, both very serious matters.
If you had one big one, it might imply the footer settled in that location, or that the soil in that section of the excavation was disturbed, or that no rebard was used in the footers.
Generally small cracks in poured foundations imply very little other than the concrete cured a bit rapidly, or in your case likely a little settling occurred. Was this post helpful? Yes: or No:
