Standard OSB panels are usually rated Class C......Unfit for use as "exposed" walls in occupied dwellings.........
There are fire rated OSB panels but their cost and availability and installation will cost more than hanging gypsum over the standard OSB.......Or gypsum alone if you don't need the OSB shear wall...
