Help! We are trying to strip wallpaper off old horsehair plaster walls. Problem is the wall have been painted as well with epoxy paint over the paper. Enzyme strippers dont work. Have scored enormously, sprayed water and fab softener, and gouged a lot. Any suggestions? Has anyone heard of a wheel-like attachment for a drill to strip paper? If so, where can it be found? Thanks
