From a recent discussion on another group......the "reported" prices ranged from a outrageous High of $5.00 sqft to the average $1.75 sqft to a low of $1.25 sqft.......It Depends !
You've got a lot of unknowns with the plaster overlay......that can sometimes eat up a lot of Time/Money......Lots-O-Fussing=$$$$$$
