Help! We are trying to strip wallpaper off old horsehair plaster walls that have epoxy paint over wallpaper. We have scored and scraped ,and soaked and cursed, and gouged. Any suggestions? Has anyone heards of an attachment for a drill that strips the paint off? if so, where can we find it? Thanks!
